Section 3.2 & 28.1- addition of the term “emergency”

I’m a little concerned about the change in sections 3.2 and 28.1 to add the term “emergency” in front of “firefighting activities”. I have a question into Fire about how that would affect practice/training and other activities that may not be on my radar.
